This Community Policy contains the “Community Rules” referred to in the Tester Terms and Conditions. It applies to the Playlytix Discord server and other Playlytix community spaces. By participating, you agree to follow these rules.
1. Keep Tests confidential and feedback independent
- Do not discuss Test details, reveal unreleased games or share Builds, screenshots, recordings or other confidential material in public channels. Follow your Test Brief and Test NDA, and use only the designated channels for authorised Test communications.
- Do not share answers, coordinate opinions or post material that could influence another Tester’s feedback. Submit your own observations from your own play session.
- Honest criticism and negative feedback about a game are welcome. Be specific and constructive; never pressure someone to give a favourable review.
2. Be respectful and keep the community safe
- Be respectful, civil and welcoming. Disagreement is fine; harassment, bullying, personal attacks and repeated disruptive or dismissive behaviour are not.
- Do not use discriminatory, degrading or hateful language, or threaten another person.
- Do not post inappropriate, unsafe or sexually explicit content, including images, links, reactions and profile content shown in community spaces.
- Avoid divisive off-topic discussions, including politics and religion.
- Do not promote, facilitate or share instructions for hacking, cheating or piracy. Report a security issue or exploit privately to Playlytix staff.
3. Use channels responsibly
- Use English in shared channels so the discussion can be moderated, unless staff explicitly designate a channel or session for another language.
- Stay on topic, use the appropriate channel and do not spam, flood or repeatedly repost content.
- Ask staff before posting advertising, self-promotion, referral links or recruitment messages.
- Do not bypass blocked words, moderation tools, channel restrictions or account restrictions.
- Do not unnecessarily mention or ping members, staff or whole groups.
- When accessing our Discord server, use an official Discord client or Discord’s website, not a modified or third-party Discord client.
4. Respect privacy and personal boundaries
- Do not send unsolicited direct messages or invitations to community members. Ask for permission first and respect a refusal or a request to stop.
- Do not post anyone’s personal contact information, private messages, payment details or other personal information in community channels.
- Playlytix does not request payment details through Discord or direct messages. Report suspicious requests to staff using a trusted contact route.
5. Moderation and reporting
Use common sense, follow staff directions and help keep the community useful for everyone. Report a concern privately to a moderator or to support@playlytix.gg. Do not repeat harmful or confidential content in a public report.
Moderators may remove content, issue a warning or restrict community access depending on the seriousness and repetition of the behaviour. Decisions affecting your platform account, participation or Rewards are governed by the Tester Terms and Conditions, including their complaints and review process.
